Online Purchases:

Refunds:

Refunds are issued only if an order is canceled or cannot be delivered. Refunds will be provided in the form of a store credit or coupon, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Cancellations:

Silvocares reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability. You will be notified via email if this occurs, and a full refund or store credit will be issued.

Online Exclusive Collection:

Products from our Online Exclusive Collection can be returned only if they are unused, in original packaging, with tags intact, and include a copy of your invoice.

  • Returns must be sent via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at your own expense.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a coupon code for the returned amount will be issued within 7 working days, valid for your next purchase.

  • Exchanges are not available for Online Exclusive Collection items.

Important Notes:

  • Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  • Please ensure products are in original condition for returns.
