1. What products do you sell?
We sell high-quality skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products, including moisturizers, serums, cleansers, sunscreens, lip care, and more.
2. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! Most of our products are dermatologically tested and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Please check individual product labels for specific details.
3. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our store, select your products, add them to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via card, bank transfer, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We are working to expand our shipping options internationally in the near future.
5. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Orders above PKR 5,000 get free shipping. Prepaid orders always enjoy free shipping.
6. Can I return or exchange products?
Yes, unused products in original packaging with tags intact can be returned. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Exchanges are not available for online-exclusive items. Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
7. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued as store credit or a coupon code within 7 working days after inspecting returned products.

9. Do your products contain harmful chemicals?
No, all SilvoCares products are carefully formulated to be safe. We prioritize natural and skin-friendly ingredients in our cosmetics.
